Trapped in a musical conundrum.

There’s something about the vocal styles of Infinite that I just don’t like. It’s not quite nasally - I just can’t put my finger on it. It’s like borderline whiny, but not.

But then I hear the beat to “The Chaser,” and it’s amazing 80s-style beat that captures the 80s in a way that other songs don’t, and months later I’m still thinking about it.

And their choreography is so tight.

And they’re so funny on variety programs.

I want to really want to listen to the song, but really don’t at the same time.

What do I do? Gaaaah.

So after watching Kara’s “Pandora,” I realized that enjoying that late 80s-style goodness and not enjoying Infinite’s song would mean I’d be going by a double standard…so I’m just going to succumb to “The Chaser.” I have to have something to hold me over until GD’s album comes out!
